These beautiful vibrant planter is made with porcelain on the potter's wheel. I glazed it with a deep strontium matte and fired it to cone 10, in a reduction kiln. The inside of the planter is also lined with a glaze and the whole pot is vitreous. it does not have a hole in the bottom. Slight imperfections are a part of handmade pottery and add character to the piece. I do my best to represent the colors as accurately as possible.
